1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 778g0 website (778g0.club), its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the 778g0 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's 778g0 wallet, including both real-money deposits and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Game" refers to any gambling activity made available through the 778g0 Platform, including live dealer casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and slot machines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 778g0 Platform, creating an Account, or participating in any Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein, including the 778g0 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are of legal age (at minimum 21 years) and are not a Restricted Person;
• All information you provide to 778g0 is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

These Terms are effective from the moment you first access the 778g0 Platform or register an Account, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 778g0 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. 778g0 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts held by individuals who are or were underage at the time of registration will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the 778g0 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are under legal guardianship, adjudicated incompetent, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to register or use the 778g0 Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently self-excluded from 778g0 or subject to a voluntary exclusion agreement that remains in force.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 778g0 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether in the same name or using different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential;
• Notify 778g0 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Complete KYC verification as requested by 778g0, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and supporting documentation.

778g0 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 778g0 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 778g0 currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether).

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 778g0 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible (return-to-source policy). KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 778g0 targets the following processing times — GCash/PayMaya: within 30 minutes; bank transfer: within 2–24 hours — though actual times may vary due to third-party processing delays.

778g0 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 778g0 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who have not previously breached these Terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• 778g0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, arbitrage, creation of duplicate accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each Game on the 778g0 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You agree to familiarise yourself with and abide by the applicable rules for each Game you participate in.

778g0 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its digital games and streams live dealer games from professional studio environments. 778g0 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the inherent mathematical house edge built into each game's design.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption during gameplay, 778g0 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's account balance. Bets that have been fully resolved prior to any technical error will stand.

For sports betting, the rules applicable to each market (including settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions) are published in the 778g0 sportsbook. 778g0 settlement decisions are final once a betting market has been settled.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 778g0 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Colluding with other players in any card or table game to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game software, technical error, or vulnerability;
• Engaging in systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse);
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or using another person's payment credentials;
• Any form of fraud or attempted fraud against 778g0 or its users.

9. Responsible Gaming

778g0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and cutoffs for extended play sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 778g0 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the 778g0 Platform without the prior written consent of 778g0.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 778g0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform;
• Interrupted access to Games resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

In all cases, 778g0's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

778g0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct;
• Provided false or unverifiable identity information;
• Been found to be under 21 years of age;
• Been placed under self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, 778g0 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the 778g0 support team.

13. Amendments to These Terms

778g0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or by prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 778g0 Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact 778g0 support to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or relevant regulatory authority as applicable.
